This is where your project begins. Whether you’re a homeowner planning a build, a general contractor making dreams come true, a designer looking for someone who pays attention to detail or an investor developer looking for value, reach out to us by phone, email, or in person. From there, we’ll collect key information and set up a plan review meeting to better understand your project goals and timelines.

Project Consultation & Site Visit

At this stage, we review your building plans or visit the site to confirm measurements and product selections. We’ll walk through the scope of work, confirm install requirements, and coordinate around your construction schedule. Whether you need delivery, prefinishing, or full installation, we’ll help ensure everything is accurate and ready on time.

Quoting

After reviewing your plans and project scope, we’ll prepare a detailed quote that clearly outlines your window and door specifications. We’ll identify what’s included—such as delivery, finishing, or installation—and note anything that’s outside our scope. Our goal is to give you a straightforward, transparent price that aligns with your timeline and expectations.

Approval, Down Payment & Ordering

Once the quote is approved and the signed contract and down payment are received, we’ll place the order and coordinate shipping timelines with your schedule. If there are any updates from the manufacturer or changes in delivery, we’ll keep you informed.

Installation
(if applicable)

If you’ve chosen to have our team handle the installation, we’ll arrive on schedule, install to spec, and ensure everything is weather-tight and performing as expected. If your team is handling install, we’re still available for guidance and site support when needed.

Final Invoicing

After the materials are delivered or installation is complete, we’ll send the final invoice. If you’re a contractor working with an accounting team, we’ll coordinate directly to make the process seamless.

Service After the Sale

We’re here for warranty claims, part replacements, or anything else that comes up—even after the build is long complete. Our goal is to be a long-term partner you can count on.
